Terms, conditions and privacy policy for browsing the commercial website workos.cloud.

In this consolidated text we state the way in which we handle the personal data of all visitors to the commercial websites belonging to workos.cloud and its social networks.

It is very important to clarify that the conditions expressed in this article apply only to the contexts mentioned in the previous paragraph and are not applicable to the applications and services provided by WorkOS. We understand as "user" any person who makes use, by any means, directly or through a third party, of the web services linked to the workos.cloud domain or its subdomains.

From here on, "personal information" shall mean the data and information related to the individual that is shared explicitly or implicitly with the services of the workos.cloud domain.

This text is subscribed by the party responsible for the workos.cloud domain, detailed in point 7 of this document.

1. Data collection statement

1.1 Implicit registration

We collect data in order to offer a personalized experience to visitors of the domains belonging to workos.cloud.
We call "implicit registration" the collection of data generated automatically, such as geolocation, device characteristics, time of access, language and others of the same kind.

Accepting this privacy policy grants us authorization to send you notifications, through the channels linked to your personal information, about data that may be of interest to you and about changes to your user profiles or to attributes related to the products and services you acquire through the organization that owns this web portal.

The confidentiality of your personal data is a serious matter for us, which is why we implement the mechanisms we believe are best within our reach to make sure this information does not fall into the hands of unauthorized third parties or of parties that do not comply with our privacy policy or terms and conditions of use.
All web connections to the workos.cloud domain are made using SSL.
Any attempt to access third-party data, to exploit or to search for system vulnerabilities that could jeopardize the privacy of data held on our server will not only be treated as a violation of these rules: the user or users responsible for such actions will be subject to legal action in accordance with what the law establishes.

2.3 Disclosure

The personal information supplied to workos.cloud may on occasion be shared with third-party services such as Facebook® or Google® in order to provide the end user with a better product. We will make sure that such information is shared securely and in line with our privacy policy.

3. Supply of information and its effects.

3.1 In the event of providing false data

You must assure us in good faith that the information you share with us is real and belongs to you. Any false data supplied intentionally would be in breach of our privacy policy.

3.2 In the event of refusing to supply data.

Should you deny access to the data required by workos.cloud, or not accept any of the points established in the Legal Notice, your right of access to our web services will be interrupted.

3.3 In the event of breaching our privacy policy.

Any violation of the rules established here may result in the immediate cessation of the availability and offering of our services to whoever is responsible. Such a ban may apply to natural persons, legal entities, organizations, computer equipment, hardware or software networks that are or could be related to the acts of misuse.
